The Problem

Merchants were confused about Account Balance vs. Budget Remaining, leading to mistrust and poor budget planning.

The Solution

Statistics Education Modal

Interactive guide explaining key metrics (impressions, clicks, ROAS) and how they relate to merchant budget and performance.

The Impact

Clear visual distinctions and transparent metrics transformed merchant trust and platform adoption.

The new design removed critical barriers that prevented merchants from effectively managing their advertising spend. By distinguishing wallet balance from campaign budgets with explanatory tooltips and surfacing granular spending breakdowns, merchants could finally see exactly where their money was going.

Proactive funding alerts prevented campaign interruptions, while the statistics education modal empowered merchants to make data-driven decisions. What was once a source of frustration became a trusted tool for growing their business.
